The State AA Cross Country Meet was held on Saturday in Huron at Broadland Creek GC in Huron and the Patriots came ready to compete.
Our boys won their third consecutive state title, their 10th in the last 14 years. Senior Miles Lechtenberg (2nd), junior Tyrus Needles (3rd), and senior Arvid Nelsen (7th), all placed in the top 10 for LIncoln. Lechtenberg's time of 15:02.03 was a new LHS course record.
The girls team sealed the combined team victory with a 2nd place finish! Junior Mia Kadi was the top finisher for the Pats with an impressive time of 18:15.84.
